Judge Drops SCATHING Ruling on 20,000 Ballots

Friends, I have read the facts on this one three times, and the facts are: a judge ruled on an emergency motion to sequester 20,000 California ballots, and RedState calls the ruling scathing. That's the whole file. No name, no court, no word on who won, no word on why anybody wanted those ballots set aside in the first place.

Now, I've bought a lot of bulls on thinner paperwork, but even I wouldn't haul one home without asking his name. So I'll do what a sensible man does when the rest of the story is missing: wait for it, and keep one eye on the gate.

My truck has more accountability than this, and the radio doesn't even work.
