Filmmaker: Tinder Killer 'Picked the Wrong Person'

Fox News reports a new Hulu docuseries revisits the 2017 killing of Sydney Loofe, a 24-year-old Menards cashier who vanished after a Tinder date. Filmmaker Christopher St. John says convicted killer Aubrey Trail made a remark that he 'picked the wrong person,' though the full context is unclear. Trail was convicted of strangling Loofe with an electrical cord and dismembering her body. Her friend Brooklyn McCrystal matched with a suspect posing as 'Audrey' on Tinder and gave police Bailey Boswell's information. Loofe's remains turned up in a roadside ditch near Edgar, Nebraska, on Dec. 4, 2017. Trail and Boswell were arrested near Branson, Missouri, on unrelated federal fraud charges. Her family deserves answers, and the people responsible deserve every consequence the law allows.
