Feds Charge 3 Noncitizens With Illegally Voting

Three people now face federal charges for illegally voting in the 2024 election, each accused of claiming U.S. citizenship on a Tennessee voter registration application. The Daily Wire says they hail from Jamaica, Honduras, and Trinidad and Tobago. U.S. Attorney Braden H. Boucek announced the charges on a Friday. A man who checks the citizenship box on a form he has no business signing is like a fella who swears the bull is his, then shows up at the sale with a goat. Somewhere a Democrat is probably drafting a bill to make that box optional. Boucek put it plainly: "Tennesseans need to know that those who vote illegally will be prosecuted." A citizenship box nobody takes seriously is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
