Rubio: US Did Not Facilitate Bolsonaro Flight

Rubio told ABC News the Trump administration didn't help Flávio Bolsonaro leave Brazil after he lost to Lula. "We didn't facilitate anything," he said in Atlanta. The State Department said Bolsonaro and his family would get U.S. visas, and he landed in Miami the next day. Rubio says Bolsonaro held a U.S. visa before and the president decided to let him in. Around here that's the answer you give a county commissioner before the follow-up questions start. Bolsonaro still hasn't conceded, calls the election fraudulent without evidence, and faces investigation in Brazil for corruption, money laundering and tax evasion. Police ordered him to surrender his passport as a flight risk. Sounds like Brazil's left-leaning government trusts its police more than its voters.
