Activist Judge Boasberg's Order Blows Up on CHIRLA

Judge James Boasberg let CHIRLA and allies use a DOJ list of more than 20,000 people flagged as likely noncitizens who got California mail ballots, under strict limits. That's lending the pickup with orders to haul hay. DOJ argues the experts went past those limits and wants parts of their declaration struck, plus sanctions and a possible criminal contempt referral. The court hasn't ruled. CHIRLA's experts say 42 percent of the names aren't on California's current voter file. A UCLA Voting Rights Project spokesman told Gateway Pundit the plaintiffs "fully complied with the Court's orders." Bless his heart. That's what every man says about a fence he hasn't walked. Clean voter rolls aren't partisan, they're bookkeeping. Keep the names current or nobody knows who owes what.
