Vance Stumps in New York on Election Eve

Monday morning, JD Vance rallies Republican voters in Rome, New York, at 10:45 a.m., which the Washington Examiner says is his final rally before the midterms. He and Trump spent October crisscrossing the country for Republican candidates, a travel schedule that makes a red-eye look like a nap. That afternoon Trump gives his final midterm pitch at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, a venue where the water has been standing still longer than most Beltway policy ideas. Meanwhile Western Journal reports a New York Times poll released Sunday points to a strong Democratic showing in Senate races, and it has already drawn skepticism. I have been saying for thirty years that a poll is a snapshot, not a verdict. The experts (and I use the word loosely) will learn that voters do not read the Times before they vote. Don't count your chickens.
