Mamdani Threatens to Sue Over ICE Property Takeover

New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani says he'll sue the Trump administration if ICE keeps using city-owned property during operations. His letter to DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin says ICE never got the city's OK for the lots, including unstaffed ones at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx and along 111th Street in Queens. Back home, if somebody parks a trailer on your ground without asking, you don't write a letter, you go have a word with the fella. Mamdani already told garage owners to cut ICE off, so now he's running a one-man parking authority with a pen. It's all hat and no cattle until somebody files something. Nothing says sharing like a city threatening a federal agency over a parking spot.
