DOJ Probes Maine 'Translators' on Ballot Video
Daily Wire · first seen 5h ago · 2 outlets
The Maine Wire's 140 hours of Lewiston City Hall CCTV reportedly show over 200 alleged non-English-speaking Somali voters getting help from NGO staffers. Maine law lets a voter ask for a translator, but translators may not offer help, influence choices, or mark ballots. At my store, the kid in paint explains the options all day. He does not get to pick the color and sign the ticket. DOJ has opened an investigation, and U.S. Attorney Andrew Benson says, "We will not tolerate threats to the integrity of our elections." Good. Election integrity is the one program the left never wants audited. Charges? Nobody's said. Washington reads slower than the tape runs.
