Ex-West Point Cadet Sued Over Forced Abortion

A former West Point cadet, Caleb T. Suh, pleaded guilty to felony assault after admitting in federal court that he drugged his pregnant girlfriend in 2022 with a shake laced with sedatives and gave her abortion pills. Her lawsuit, filed in New York Supreme Court, says she suffered a miscarriage and needed a D&C, and it seeks compensatory and punitive damages, per Fox News.

Suh later enrolled in a master's program at Columbia University. Outlets differ on how Columbia learned of his conviction, but it reportedly didn't know until the media came asking. Suh awaits sentencing and has asked to push it to January.

Her lawyer, Russell Kornblith, says, "We are outraged on her behalf and plan to aggressively pursue justice." Accountability belongs in that courtroom.
