Americans vote today for Senate, House and governor seats, with Republicans reportedly bracing for a Democratic wave. The Daily Mail says Justice Department monitors are heading to more than 126 counties, which is a lot of clipboards for one Election Day. Daily Mail/Ipsos found 63 percent of voters worry results may be tampered with, a number that says more about the last few years of headlines than any precinct. Georgia cast over 2.8 million early ballots, a state midterm record. Democrats need four Senate flips and three House seats, and BBC has inflation at 3.7 percent, up from 3 when Trump took office. NBC's exit polls won't report before 5 p.m. ET, so the networks must fill hours with a man in a blazer pointing at a map.
