Guam Flips: GOP Wins Governor and Senate Majority
Gateway Pundit reports that Republican Tony Ada won Guam's governorship in a territory it calls traditionally Democratic, and that Republicans grabbed a majority in the state Senate too. Nothing rattles a Democratic stronghold like a result nobody penciled in. Only one outlet has the story, and the call is early. Around my counter, an early call means nothing until the drawer is counted. Final certification isn't in the story, so I'll wait on the paperwork the way I wait on a supplier's invoice, with my arms folded. President Trump took to Truth Social: "Hopefully that's an indication for things to come!" I'll second that, and I'll keep my hopes in the same drawer as my money, counted twice before I spend a dime. Run the numbers. Then run them again.
