Newsom Threatens to Arrest ICE Agents at Polls

Newsom took to X on election day to warn that anyone showing up at a California polling place without the right to vote will be locked up and charged. He was answering an ICE post about noncitizen voting. I run a boutique and homeschool my kids, and a threat only means something when you can enforce it. Meanwhile, the full Ninth Circuit let the DOJ ask that flagged ballots be sequestered, and California is suing to stop it for flagged ballots until citizenship is verified. So the state wants the ballots left alone while the governor wants everybody arrested. Well, isn't that special.
