Trump Says Impeachment Talk Doesn't Worry Him

Washington Examiner · first seen 2h ago · 2 outlets

Democrats took majorities in both the House and Senate in the 2026 midterms, a result the Beltway geniuses will spend a month explaining. The Washington Examiner reports that President Trump is 'not at all' worried about being impeached. He says impeachment would hurt the Democratic Party, which is free strategic advice from a man who has watched that party work for thirty years. He also spoke with several Democrats overnight, and not one of them brought it up. Either they are extraordinarily disciplined or they had other things on their minds, and my money is on the second. Wednesday he walked reporters through the White House ballroom construction site, because nothing says relaxed like a tour of the drywall. Fox News got an early interview too. Bloomberg has the same comments.
