Dem Progressive Lawrence Unseats GOP Rep Barrett

Lawrence is a progressive and Sunrise Movement co-founder, a résumé that plays differently in a Trump district. Barrett, an Army veteran, spent his first term keeping his distance from Trump, including backing war powers resolutions on Iran.
